Singer/Songwriter Bonnie Karlyle contacted LBC one day and said she had a few Lord Buckley recordings on 1/4" tape. They turned out to be tantalizing gems, and a possible glimpse of the Holy Graille of all Buckley recordings, the legendary 18 hour performance of His Lordship in Lake Arrowheadk proportedly under the influence of LSD. The recording in question is a bit rough in fidelity and seems to have been done without the supervision of someone that knew what they were doing. But it is history nonetheless. |
